How long will my order take?
Create Your Own orders have two options when placing your order. Standard Printing 6-10 business days or Rush Printing 3-5 business days. We always try our best to get orders out quicker than expected :)
Custom Bulk orders work a little different and will take between 10-14 business days once payments clears. We may be able to shuffle the workload around if you need your order quicker but this may incur rush fees.

What brand garments do we supply?
We supply many different brands to cater for your needs. We are an official reseller of NZ’s own AS Colour. So you can head on down to their HQ and go through the amazing showroom and pick out garments for your next order. We do our best to keep our stock levels up-to-date. From time to time garments may not be available.
Also supply the OG streetwear tee Alstyle1301, Comfort Colors and lastly Gildan.
Can I bring my own garments?
As apparel supply is a core part of our business, we prefer to provide the garments we print. However, you are welcome to bring your own NEW garments for bulk orders only. Not all garments are suitable for all applications, and we cannot guarantee the printability of your goods. Please check with us prior to purchasing any stock, as it is very important that it’s suitable for the work you have booked. Although we take every possible care with our customers' stock, mistakes do happen. Your shirts = Your risk. We may not refund you in certain cases.
What are your standard print sizes?
Standard - 350mm x 420mm
Jumbo - 380mm x 480mm
What methods do you use for my custom print?
If its simply a one or very small run we will always look at DTG, DTF or Vinyl for your print. Screen printing is only for orders with minimums of 16x per same design/dimensions.
Do you print one off?
Yes, we can! Use our order form on the main menu to get in contact with us :)
Do you do sample prints?
Yes, screen printed samples are charged at a higher rate because we will have to completely set it up as a job to print one sample, however we also have to option to do samples via DTG or DTF.
Digital samples are definitely the way to go if you're needing a small batch of garments for photoshoots. then we would use screen print for the bulk order.
How do you need the art supplied?
We prefer the artwork to be Print Ready. This means the artwork files need to be high resolution and on a transparent background or Vector graphics with the artwork vectorised and text made into objects.
We also accept raster/flat images but they must be High Resolution and at 300dpi or 600 dpi and to size.
When and how do I pay for my order?
We require 100% of the payment before the order commences unless prior arrangement is made. Bank transfer preferred or online payment gateway STRIPE for debit/credit. There is a 3.5% charge for credit card payments.
